I was 16 when I started joinery and did apprenticeship training gaining my City & Guilds qualifications 35 years ago.
My career began in joinery where I worked successfully for 16 years and then I decided to specialise in shopfitting which took me all over the country giving me great trade experience and the chance to improve my woodworking skills. I ended up as a site manager which then led on to becoming the contracts manager. It also meant being away from home for long periods of time so I then decided to set up on my own – taking all this great experience with me.

After 5 years of time wasters Jon came to my rescue and I found him on Google. He not only came to fit my screen on a Bank Holiday as it was a day we were sure to be closed but it is exactly what I wanted ... it looks great!! I can't wait for a new reception desk now.
